excellent service and well-kept hotel

clean resort polite staff well-kept hotel clean areas

the resort was very clean. staff were polite. i found the hotel to be very well-kept. the cleaning staff do a great job. the common areas are very clean too.

I noticed only one set of stairs to get in and out of the pool. Additional access points would be helpful.

the hotel grounds feature a sports bar decorated in a modern style. a quieter pool is available in addition to the slightly busier main pool. guests can easily find areas to relax or engage in activities throughout the day.

The buffet offered excellent choices every day. the knife steakhouse stood out with fabulous food. the italian pizzas looked great. they were not to my particular taste.

Tropical fish swam near the beach area. It made snorkeling awesome. i observed hummingbirds around the flowers. the grand entrance of the hotel was beautiful.

I enjoyed the good food, and the multiple pools were good! the beach was nearby and fine. the resort maintained cleanliness. the staff was helpful. They addressed every question and concern quickly. omar lynch was especially approachable and proficient!

i really liked my room. it was a junior SUITE. the room size provided adequate space. the cleanliness was really good. the temperature control worked well. also my wheelchair was ok here. the place was lively. i enjoyed christmas and new year's.

the room was a little outdated.
